Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register with Intervixa, we collect basic information such as your name and email address.

Payment Information:We use a Merchant of Record for all payments. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details. All payment processing is strictly subject to the Merchant of Record's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Usage Data: We collect standard website analytics, such as IP addresses and browser types, to maintain the security and performance of our Service.

Sub-Processors & Data Sharing

To provide our real-time interview Service, we transmit your audio and text data to third-party sub-processors, including Vapi Inc. (for voice orchestration), Deepgram (for transcription), and OpenAI (for intelligence generation). By using the Service, you grant Intervixa and these sub-processors a temporary, royalty-free license to process your voice input solely for the purpose of generating the interview simulation.

Audio Recording Consent

By initiating a Live Simulation, you explicitly consent to the recording of your voice. You understand that these recordings are necessary for the delivery of the Service (transcription and scoring) and are processed temporarily by our service providers.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your interview transcripts and audio recordings while your account remains active so you can review your progress over time. You may request the permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the "Delete Account" feature in your dashboard. Upon request, your personal data and recordings will be removed from our servers and our sub-processors' systems within 30 days.
