Intervixa is a simulation and educational tool only. We do not guarantee the issuance of any visa, scholarship, or admission. The scoring, feedback, and "Risk Analysis" provided by our system are generated based on historical patterns and public data but do not reflect the actual decision-making criteria of any government entity, embassy, or scholarship committee. You acknowledge that Intervixa is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

You acknowledge that the Service uses advanced technology systems that are probabilistic in nature and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive outputs. You agree to independently verify any information provided by the system before relying on it for your actual interview. Intervixa accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the system-generated content.

Intervixa reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund if we detect malicious or abnormal usage patterns. As a credit-based platform, prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• sharing a single account's login credentials across multiple unverified users or agencies;
• using automated scripts, bots, or network manipulation to bypass our credit-deduction system;
• attempting to "jailbreak," reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary system prompts and evaluation logic; or
• intentionally generating or submitting offensive, illegal, or inappropriate audio content to our voice servers.
