Standard Refund Policy

At Intervixa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interview preparation. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction, provided that less than 10% of your allocated interview credits have been utilized.

Once more than 10% of the credits have been used, the service is considered "consumed," and the purchase becomes non-refundable to cover the AI processing costs incurred.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email address and order ID. As we use a Merchant of Record to handle global payments and taxes, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after approval.
